In Dominion, players start with an identical set of cards. Throughout the game, they purchase new cards from a shared market to strengthen their deck and optimize their strategy. The goal is to collect the most victory points by purchasing useful action cards, gathering valuable resources, and integrating victory point cards into their deck.
Each turn, the player plays cards from their hand to perform actions and buy new cards. The game offers deep strategy, as each session presents new combinations of action cards, leading to ever-changing strategies.
Gameplay
In Dominion, players take turns building their deck by purchasing and playing new cards. The game proceeds as follows:
Players start with a standard deck of 10 cards (7 copper coins and 3 estates). During their turn, they draw 5 cards from their deck.
Players can play action cards to gain additional actions, cards, or money, and use that money to buy new cards from the market.
Players strategically build their deck by choosing cards that synergize well and strengthen their overall strategy.
The game ends when one of the victory point card piles or a certain number of other piles in the market are emptied. The player with the most victory points wins.
